There is no ignoring the fact that we are all living on a planet under severe stress and that genuine action is needed to help secure a sustainable future for us all.
At Acuity we understand that we have a significant responsibility in reducing our impact on the planet but also that this is a continual journey. Recognising this we have partnered with Planet Mark to provide us with a framework to measure our impact as well as target improvement.
Our commitment to a net zero future is also illustrated by our support of the World Land Trust in only using Carbon Balanced Paper across our offices.
As well as accepting a responsibility for our planet we are committed to helping support and improve the society and communities which we are all part of.
This year we are extremely proud to be supporting Big Moose Coffee Co and ELHAP (Every Life Has A Purpose) in raising funds for and awareness of the great work that they are involved in.
We also support pro-bono initiatives including Cardiff University’s Enterprise Clinic which aims to give students and ex-alumni access to free legal advice for new business start-ups that could otherwise be beyond their means.
Helping create a fairer society is hugely important to us and we actively engage with multiple organisations that focus on helping people from disadvantaged backgrounds to improve their opportunities and follow their dreams.
