These include international distribution agreements and contracts that ensure appropriate, risk-managed routes to market. Additionally, she handles large-scale IT outsourcing, data sharing, and procurement agreements, alongside GDPR and consumer law compliance work. As a result, Christine works with a diverse mix of clients across various sectors, including leading organisations in the science, manufacturing, software, and healthcare industries.
Before joining Acuity, Christine gained valuable experience at top UK-based and international law firms. Since then, she has acted as external general counsel to C-suite leaders, DPOs, and business owners. Moreover, she has worked client-side on a range of secondments within the communications and e-commerce sectors. During this time, she travelled extensively to negotiate and secure major projects in Prague, Phuket, and Miami.
Outside of her legal career, Christine and her husband own and operate a craft brewery and taproom in the railway arches of Old Town Leamington Spa. Notably, their hyperactive cockapoo serves as the bar’s unofficial mascot. Furthermore, she enjoys spending time with her two grown-up children, as well as indulging in her passion for food, family, and friends.
