Clare is a Consultant Partner in our Commercial & Technology team. 
 
Clare is an experienced lawyer with significant experience both in-house and in practice. She specialises in supporting SMEs through contract negotiation and management, helping businesses navigate legal complexity, mitigate risk, and unlock growth opportunities. 

Having held senior legal and operational roles, including Chief Lawyer for a global aerospace and defence company, Clare brings a unique blend of legal insight and commercial acumen to every client relationship. 

Clare is known for delivering pragmatic, fit-for-purpose legal solutions that prioritise outcomes and avoid unnecessary legal risk. She advises clients across a range of sectors including technology, cyber, aerospace, and defence. Her work spans complex procurement and supply chain agreements, international trading terms, SaaS and software licensing, IP transfers, systems integration, and more, and she has successfully supported private and public sector organisations as well as government bodies, both in the UK and internationally. 

In addition to her legal expertise, Clare is a trained mediator and skilled in conflict resolution techniques, using the Dialogue Road Map to support clients in navigating business and interpersonal challenges through constructive and non-confrontational dialogue.
