Edward Finley is a consultant in our London Real Estate team.

He worked in the city with DLA Piper before founding the corporate and commercial law firm Maple & Black which was acquired by Acuity Law in 2018. Edward stepped back from his position as shareholder and head of the London office in 2023.

Edward advises across the real estate asset spectrum covering sports, hospitality, offices, hotels, residential and mixed use deals. He has a longstanding and varied client portfolio acting for financial institutions, funds, developers, investors, hospitality entrepreneurs and high profile individuals.
