In her role at Acuity, Gemma supports the consultant community by ensuring the firm’s IT systems and infrastructure run smoothly and reliably.

She is responsible for setting up and maintaining equipment, managing user accounts, and providing day-to-day technical support to help consultants work efficiently and securely. With experience across the charity and healthcare sectors, Gemma brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to IT support within a professional services environment.

Alongside her role, Gemma is studying for a degree in IT and Computing and enjoys exploring new software and hardware to expand her technical knowledge.
