Hinna Kerai is a Consultant Administrator. She plays a key part in supporting our consultant community. Specifically she manages the administrative, governance, and finance-related processes that underpin every stage of the client journey. 
 
Hinna qualified as a Corporate Solicitor in 2017. Since then, she has gained significant experience in legal practice. Her career has involved managing multi-million-pound corporate transactions, liaising with senior stakeholders, and providing technical legal support. 

Moreover, Hinna has advised clients on corporate governance, transactional matters, and company law. This experience gives her a unique blend of legal knowledge and operational insight. As a result, she ensures smooth onboarding of new clients. She also oversees document and matter management. In addition, she supports invoicing processes to help maintain compliance and efficiency across our growing community of respected consultant lawyers.
