Liz Harris is a Consultant Partner in our Commercial Property Team.

With over 20 years’ experience, predominantly in private practice and more recently working in-house, Liz brings a pragmatic, commercially focused approach to advising clients on a wide range of property matters.

Liz has extensive experience acting for both landlords and tenants across all types of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, development land and the grant, renewal, variation, termination and re-gearing of business leases. Liz is valued by clients for her clear, practical advice and her ability to guide transactions smoothly from outset to completion.

Her expertise also includes conditional contracts, option agreements, overage provisions, deeds of easement and secured lending matters, including legal charges and refinancing. In addition, she regularly advises on the sale and purchase of small businesses, including hotels, restaurants, shops and cafés.
