 Lucy works closely with founders, leadership teams and independent consultants to identify revenue opportunities, strengthen commercial strategy and implement practical structures that support long-term success. 

Her experience spans legal services, professional consultancy, FinTech, InsurTech, technology platforms and health ventures. Recent projects include managing a multi-million-pound FCA change of permission process for an insurance business, directing the FinTech Wales Foundry accelerator programme, advising consultancy teams on growth and scalable operations, and supporting strategic planning for founder exits.
