Tilly Clarke is a Consultant Partner in our Corporate team. 
 
Tilly brings a sharp, commercially focused approach to advising businesses across the full spectrum of transactional and advisory matters. 

Recognised in Chambers & Partners UK 2025 (Band 3, Corporate/M&A: £5 million and above – The South), she is valued for her intelligent, direct, and approachable style, with clients consistently praising her ability to ask the right questions and deliver practical, effective solutions. 

Tilly specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, equity investments, and shareholder arrangements, including numerous cross-border deals. Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, with particular depth in advising digital, technology, and food and drink businesses. 

She also advises on a broad range of commercial contracts, including joint ventures, distribution and agency agreements, franchising, and supply chain arrangements – supporting clients to structure relationships that support growth and resilience. 

Before joining Acuity Consult, Tilly held senior roles with leading firms including Osborne Clarke and Cripps.
