Simon is a specialist commercial property lawyer of more than 30 years’ standing.

His general commercial property transactional practice encompasses land purchases, sales and leasing and all related property management support matters, including lease renewals and re-fundings. He also handles property development matters.

Simon’s large and varied client base encompasses property investors, institutional and non-institutional funders, large estate companies, as well as companies in the hospitality and tourism sectors.

Outside of the law, Simon has been married for 34 years and has two grown-up children who have fled the nest. He is a keen weightlifter, and also enjoys surfing, dogs, walking, holidays in France and local community projects.
